All orders are shipped from our EU warehouse (Netherlands).
There are no additional customs duties or import taxes for EU customers.

• EU countries: 3–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions.

Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• Items are unused and in original condition
• Yarn has not been wound, used, or altered
• Original packaging is intact

Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of yarn products, we cannot accept returns for:

• Used or partially used yarn
• Customized or special orders

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
